Hamish has worked in the consumer goods marketing field since 1991. He started his career on the Pepsi-Co Graduate Programme before moving on to NZ Dairy Group (latterly Fonterra). He then joined French multinational Groupe Danone, moving with them to Paris in 1999. In 2005 Hamish and partners established Saatchi and Saatchi’s sport and music consulting business in London. In 2008, he co-founded charitable trust Project Litefoot with pro golfer Michael Campbell and returned to New Zealand to implement their vision. Hamish leads all aspects of Bluprint’s work and is a qualified carboNZero and CEMARS consultant.




Scott’s career as a professional windsurfer spanned 12 years, peaking in 1997 when he finished third in the world (repeated in 2000). During this time Scott was also active in professional sports marketing and management with a focus on building innovative web strategies. Since retiring from professional sport in 2003, Scott has run several successful businesses. Scott takes a leading role in strategy formation and idea generation at Bluprint and oversees our carbon accounting methodology. Scott is presently completing an MBA at Auckland University.



SAM MACLEAN / Product Manager

Sam has a background in operations management and programme delivery. His primary experience has been at the intersection of sport and sustainability. He was responsible for operations, and marketing at Project Litefoot, an award winning NZ non-profit organisation. With Bluprint, Sam leads product management and delivery, creating user stories and coordinating the development team to build and ship prioritised product features.
