Les Mills New Zealand

Les Mills is New Zealand’s leading operator of gyms with 45,000 members across eleven clubs. We work with Les Mills to design and implement their Business Responsibility strategy encompassing environment, community and their own staff and members. Les Mills has set a goal of being “New Zealand’s best known restorative business.” We measured their carbon inventory in accordance ISO14064:1 and have co-created a series of innovative impact reduction initiatives. Bluprint is the engine room behind Les Mills’ culture transformation programme and their commitment to reaching out to their upstream community (suppliers) and their downstream community (members).

New Zealand Rugby Union

The All Blacks is New Zealand’s most valuable brand and one of the world’s leading sports properties. NZRU’s powerful set of values seamlessly integrate into sustainability – particularly guardianship, selflessness and community. We worked with the NZRU team to build their strategy for sustainability; we built the organisation’s base-year carbon inventory and work with the team to implement systems for on-going data capture and reporting. NZRU is reaching out to it’s vast community, in the first instance, by engaging their 700 rugby clubs in Project Litefoot’s LiteClub programme.

Fonterra Co-operative Dairy Group

Fonterra is the world’s largest exporter of dairy products and New Zealand’s largest company. We worked closely with Fonterra’s Global Sustainability team contributing toward their refreshed sustainability strategy. We created an employee-engagement concept for galvanising the organisation’s 16,000 employees. We ran a due diligence project for Fonterra’s commercial team to assess sustainability credentials for their top ten global customers.

International Olympic Committee (Athletes’ Commission)

The IOC’s Athletes’ Commission is an elected body of 19 athletes that form the link between active athletes and the IOC. We measure the Athletes’ Commission carbon inventory and help them implement strategies for minimising their impact upon the environment. We research, recommend and transact with the world’s leading carbon offset projects on the IOC’s behalf to ensure the Athletes’ Commission’s air travel is certified carbon neutral.
